This year we published our 2009 Corporate Responsibility (CR) Report. This is our sixth CR Report and for the fourth year running we have applied the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines  established by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). This CR report has been independently verified by Deloitte, who have provided assurance that it complies with Level A⁺ of the GRI Guidelines, and have helped to ensure transparency and the rigour and accuracy of reported data.
