Some examples of our quantitative achievements since records began include:
- We have increased the electricity efficiency (excluding tenants) of the owned portfolio (kWh/m2 mall and toilet area/year) by over 29%.
- We increased the total waste recycled as a proportion of waste produced (% by weight) by over 142%.
- Average tenant satisfaction index has increased by 64%.
- The number of non-conformances per hour of Safety Preventive Observation (SPO) has decreased by 73%.
Environmental performance (as on 31 December 2009)
