We recognise that developing and managing shopping centres can significantly impact upon the environment, society and economy and we acknowledge that we have a responsibility to make a positive contribution in a world that continues to experience unprecedented economic, environmental, and social challenges. We focus our CR activities on nine key areas which are most relevant to our business and these form the cornerstone of our CR strategy:
We have established long-term objectives for each of these key areas and we monitor our progress towards these objectives by tracking our performance against relevant short-term targets and performance indicators.
