Each year we publish a CR Report detailing how we have performed during the reporting year. The data and information published in our CR Reports complies with the Global Reporting Initiative's Sustainability Reporting Guidelines and is externally assured by an Independent Auditor to ensure that data and information is accurate. Our CR Governance




Our CR Working Groups are responsible for improving performance in all CR impact areas. The groups are comprised of employees at all levels of seniority, across all distinct business activities of the company, and from all countries of operation. The Head of each Working Group sits on our CR Steering Committee which is chaired by the CEO. The CR Steering Committee meets four times a year to review, set and approve objectives, targets and budgets put forward by the Working Groups. 

Risk Management

Effective risk management underpins our CR strategy, and our Risk Management Working Group cross-cuts all the CR Working Groups to ensure that risks associated with each of our nine impact areas are tightly managed and controlled. The group facilitates and promotes the use of best risk management practices across the company and reports, via the CFO, to the Audit & Compliance Committee of the Company.
